Two of the most useful things a Pro page does are host its own events and field enquiries from interested hosts. Both work through the same tools the rest of PopIn uses.
Hosting events as the page
Managers and Owners can create events hosted by the page. The event shows the page as host, appears on your page's Events tab, and flows into the main events listing like any other event. You get the same RSVP, invite, and guest tools every host has.
Staff can't create or cancel events, but they can post updates on them: broadcast a message to everyone going, and chat in the event group chat as the page.
Enquiries
When a host enquires, it opens a message thread between them and your page. Replies go out as the page, not as a personal account, and every member of the team can see and answer. Find enquiries in Messages via the page identity switcher.
Enquiry threads stay out of your personal inbox so business and personal messages don't mix. Switch to the page in Messages to read and reply to them.
