Open your page and tap Manage page. The Manage screen splits into tabs: Overview (publish or unpublish), Details (name, category, contact info, photos), Team, Premium, and a Danger zone for the owner. This article is about the Premium tab, where insights, badges, and the tier breakdown live.
Paid plans are coming soon; there's no billing on PopIn today. Every page starts on Free, and the Premium tab shows exactly what each tier unlocks so you know what's coming. A "You're on Free" pill at the top keeps it honest.
Free: the whole core
Your page, wall posts, hosting events as the page, and customer enquiries. Everything in Creating a Pro page and Hosting events and handling enquiries runs on Free. The paid tiers add trust signals and growth tools on top.
Pro: the verified badge
Pro unlocks the verified pro badge, a tick next to your page name that tells hosts you're a real, checked business. It's approved by us, not self-serve: tap Request verification on the Premium tab, the card shows Under review while we look, and the badge appears once it's approved. Turned down? You can Request again.
Premium: the growth tools

| Lead & enquiry tools | Each enquiry thread in Messages gets a lead status (New, Responded, Won, Lost) and a Templates menu. Write your Quick replies once on the Premium tab; staff drop them into replies with a tap. |

Reading the tier breakdown
The PopIn Pro section at the bottom of the Premium tab groups every feature under the tier that unlocks it. Each card carries a status pill: Active (you have it), a tier name (that's what unlocks it), or Coming soon (not released for anyone yet).
Owners and Managers. Staff see the Team tab only, and only the Owner gets the Danger zone. Roles are covered in Pro page roles and your team.
