A Pro page can have a team, and each member has a role that controls what they can do. Roles run Owner, Manager, Staff, from most to least access.

| Owner | Everything a Manager can, plus delete the page and transfer ownership. Every page has exactly one Owner. |
| Manager | Edit the page, post to the wall, manage the team, change category, and create and manage the page's events. |
| Staff | Reply to customer enquiries as the page, and post updates on the page's events. |
Two-factor required
Every member needs two-factor authentication enabled before they can be added. This protects customer enquiries and your page from account takeover.
Adding people
A Manager or Owner adds members from the page's Manage tab. The person needs a PopIn account with two-factor turned on. Ownership itself is moved, not granted: use Transfer ownership rather than making a second Owner.
