A Pro page can have a team, and each member has a role that controls what they can do. Roles run Owner, Manager, Staff, from most to least access.

Every member needs two-factor authentication turned on before they can join. This protects customer enquiries and your page from account takeover.
Adding people
A Manager or Owner invites people from Manage → Team. Managers can invite Staff; only the Owner can invite a Manager. Nobody joins a team without saying yes:
- The person gets a notification, and the invite waits for them under Your pages with a Join the team or Decline choice.
- Joining needs two-factor authentication turned on. If it isn't, PopIn sends them to set it up, and the invite stays open for when they come back.
- Invites expire after 7 days. Until then they show in your team list as invited, and a Manager or Owner can cancel them.
- An open invite holds a seat, so it counts toward the page's 10-member limit.
- Once someone joins, they see the page's existing customer enquiries too.
Ownership itself is moved, not granted: use Transfer ownership rather than making a second Owner.
Handing over ownership
Ownership moves in three steps, so it never changes hands by accident:
The owner asks
In Manage → Team, tap the crown next to a member and send the request. They have to be on the page already. Sending a new request replaces any open one.
They accept
They get a notification and an Accept or Decline choice in the Team tab. Accepting needs two-factor authentication turned on, so if it isn't, they're sent to set it up first.
The owner confirms
Once they've accepted, the owner gives the final confirm. The new owner takes over and the old owner stays on as a Manager.
Either side can back out before the final confirm, and a request that nobody acts on runs out after a week.
A page can have up to 10 members. If your team is at the limit, remove someone before adding the next person.
