Pro page roles and your team

Owner, Manager, and Staff: who can do what.

A Pro page can have a team, and each member has a role that controls what they can do. Roles run Owner, Manager, Staff, from most to least access.

RoleCan do
OwnerEverything a Manager can, plus delete the page and transfer ownership. Every page has exactly one Owner.
ManagerEdit the page, post to the wall, manage the team, change category, and create and manage the page's events.
StaffReply to customer enquiries as the page, and post updates on the page's events.
Two-factor required

Every member needs two-factor authentication enabled before they can be added. This protects customer enquiries and your page from account takeover.

Adding people

A Manager or Owner adds members from the page's Manage tab. The person needs a PopIn account with two-factor turned on. Ownership itself is moved, not granted: use Transfer ownership rather than making a second Owner.
