If your space only fits so many, set a capacity. Once it's full, PopIn automatically waitlists anyone else who says they're going, and moves them in when a spot opens.

The maximum number of people who can be Going. Leave it blank for no limit.
How the waitlist works
- While there's room, RSVPs work normally, Going means going.
- Once you hit capacity, the next person to tap Going joins the waitlist instead.
- When someone who was Going drops out, PopIn promotes the next person on the waitlist automatically and notifies them they're in.
Waitlisted guests don't get event reminders until they're promoted, there's no point reminding someone about an event they can't get into yet. The moment a spot frees up and they're moved to Going, reminders kick in.
Dropping the capacity below the current headcount doesn't remove anyone already Going. New RSVPs just go straight to the waitlist until natural drop-off brings you back under the limit.
Plus-ones count toward capacity, so if you allow them, factor that into the number you set. See Managing RSVPs.
