Managing RSVPs and your guest list

See who's coming, send updates, and handle the maybes.

The guest list lives on your event page, organised by RSVP status. Each tab shows the count, avatars, and how each guest was invited.

What you can do

1

See the breakdown

Switch between Going, Maybe, Invited, and Can't go. Tap a guest to see their profile (if they have an account) or their entered name + contact (if no-account guest).

2

Send a broadcast update

Tap Broadcast on the event page. The message goes to everyone Going or Maybe via their preferred channel (push, email, SMS).

3

Remove someone

Long-press a guest entry and choose Remove from event. They get a brief "event removed" notification.

4

Retry failed invites

If a phone or email bounced, you'll see a red dot under Failed invites on the host panel. Tap it to retry one or all.

Tip

PopIn nudges guests who haven't responded after a few days, and sends a 24-hour reminder to everyone going. You don't have to do anything to trigger these. For manual nudges, tap a guest's name → Send reminder. Use sparingly - over-nudging is the fastest way to annoy people.

Plus-ones

When you allow them in event settings, each Going guest can declare how many they're bringing. The total headcount includes those plus-ones.

RSVPing for a guest

If someone tells you in person they're coming, you can RSVP for them. On the guest list, tap their name and choose RSVP on their behalf. They still get the reminders and you don't have to chase them later.
