When you're not sure which day works for everyone, skip the group-chat back-and-forth. Add a date poll: propose a handful of options and let guests vote.
Add a date poll
Turn it on in Scheduling options
In the Logistics tab, enable the date poll, then add your candidate date/times (between two and eight).
Publish and share
Guests see the poll on the event page and vote.
How voting works
It's approval-style: each guest can tick every option that works for them, not just one. That surfaces the date with the widest availability rather than a narrow plurality.
Locking in the date
When you're ready, finalise the poll on the winning option. PopIn sets that as the event's date and closes the poll, and the event behaves like any other from there.
Date-poll voting is for guests with a PopIn account who can see the event. No-account guests can still RSVP once the date is locked in; voting from an invite link is a planned addition.
